The Site is open from the 1st April to the 31st of October. Hard standing pitches and access roads are available. The site caters for touring holidays. Commercial use is not permitted. As a family-friendly site, we remain committed to not increasing our prices for the peak summer months.
Prices are per unit per night.
The unit includes up to 2 adults & children under 5 with the standard caravan, tent or motor home.
(Backpackers with lightweight tent on grass pitch : £13 )
*£3 per night if electrical equipment other than the unit awning light is used and/or the awning is used for sleeping purposes. This charge will be increased outside of summer months and heaters in awnings are not allowed. Otherwise no additional charge.
A charge of £2 per day for additional vehicles will be made. Additional vehicles will only be allowed on the site following prior agreement with the owner and stored as directed.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival between 2pm & 6pm. Departure by 11 am. Any changes to these times must be agreed with us at the time of booking and may incur an additional charge. Fursdon Farm is a quiet site and to ensure that customers are not disturbed we do not accept overnight arrivals or departures.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking to secure a pitch. Full payment to be made two weeks prior to arrival. Please see our Covid19 page contained within the Home Page with regard to our policy in the event of cancellation due to Covid19 issues.
Off-peak discount (not applicable to glamping):
Receive a £2 per night discount when you stay for 4 nights or more* during off-peak months. Contact us for details.

- The amazing Cobb BBQ’s can be hired at £25 per night and includes the briquette fuel.
- Fire pit package: Wood, kindling, fire lighters, marshmallows and skewers £15
- Extra Wood, kindling, fire lighters (please do not bring your own wood, ours is the correct size for the pits and seasoned) £5

Frequently asked questions
Arrival time is between 2pm and 6pm on your day of arrival. Departure is by 11am. If you want to stay later please speak to us prior to your departure day.
The quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. We ask for your support to ensure your neighbours are not disturbed. We do not under any circumstances allow overnight arrivals or departures during these hours.
Yes to gain access to the open moorland and Caradon Hill there is a 15-20 minute walk along a green lane before crossing the B3254 onto the moor itself.
Yes we welcome dogs that have been socialised and get on with other dogs. Please ensure they remain on a lead at all times on the camping areas. There is a separate dog walk area where they can run off their leads. Also a dog wash facility to clean muddy paws off.
Yes we allow barbecues. Please use the blocks provided to protect the grass. Due to our rural location we do not allow open fires of any type . This includes fire pits and Chinese lanterns.
There are no wi-fi facilities but there is good mobile data coverage to allow access to emails if customers wish.
There is a separate grass area for ball games which families are welcome to use. Please do not play ball games in the camping areas. There is a small library with books and some board games which customers are welcome to share.
Our swimming pool is no longer available to customers. There is an excellent pool at Lux Park leisure centre, Liskeard. This is only 10 minutes drive away and many customers use it with their families.
Our nearest pub is the Village Inn at Rosecraddoc which is a 20 minute walk. Please check their website for opening hours. There are a number of local taxi services who provide a service for the site.
We can accept cheques, cash or electronic bank transfers. We cannot handle credit or debit cards. Payment is on arrival please.
